احترما می خواستم به عرض شما برسانم ملاقاتی که شما در تاریخ 11\مارچ \2010 با خانم مریم رجوی داشتنید . نام برده رهبر یک فرقه بنیاد گرا ترویستی است . (سازمان مجاهدین خلق ایران ) که تا سال 2009 نام این گروه در لیست گروه های تروریستی اتحادیه اروپا قرار داشت . و کماکان نام این گروه در لیست گروه های ترویستی امریکا و کانادا قرار دارد . منابع مالی آنها که از راه کلاه برداری بود کماکان در فرانسه و انگلستان مسدود است . در 17\ژوئن \ 2003 وقتی که مریم رجوی دستگیر شد . در راستای انجام ماموریت های از پیش تعین شده فرقه ، تعدای از اعضای فرقه در اعتراض به دستگیری مریم رجوی خود را در انظار عمومی به آتش کشیدند . طبق گزارش منتشر شده خود فرقه تروریستی 16 نفر در طی سه روز در شهر های پاریس ، روم ، برن ، اتاوا ،آتن ، نیکوزیا اقدام به خود سوزی کردند . آن تراژدی انسانی با مرگ دو زن صدیقه مجاوری ندا حسنی به اتمام رسید .
در طی 20 سا لی که پایگاه های این فرقه در عراق بود ، ده ها تن از اعضای مخا لف خود را در همین پایگاه ها حذف فیزیکی کردند . شاهدین زنده این جنایت ها حاضر هستند در هر دادگاه که به جنایات این فرقه تروریستی رسیدگی کند شهادت بدهند .
در طی 22سا ل فعا لیت ترویستی در ایران ، بیش از 1000 عملیات در ایران انجام دادند . دستکم 15000نفر از مردم بیگناه گشته شدند . بیش از 50% این عملیات های تروریستی با درخواست صدام حسین در ایران انجام گرفت . به همین دلیل مردم ایران از این فرقه تورریستی متنفر هستند و پایگاهی در ایران ندارند .
لازم به یادآوری است که این فرقه به دلیل شرکت داشتن در سرکوب کردهای عراقی ، در شمال وسرکوب شیعه ها در جنوب عراق در سال 1971 به شدت دربین مردم عراق هم متنفر هستند . در حال جاضر فقط در زیر چتر ارتش امریکا است که می توانند زندگی کنند . با خروج ارتش امریکا عمر انها هم در عراق به پایان خواهد رسید . ( مدارک این نمونه که در بالا اشاره کردم در ملاقات مسعود رجوی با صدام حسین و ملاقات مسعود رجوی با سپهبد طاهر حبوش رئیس ستاد ارتش صدام حسین در یو توب اینترنت وجود دارد ) .
در حال حاضرکه شما شاهد این هستید که اینها در اروپا و امریکا تحت عنوان نقض حقوق بشر دارند تبلیغات می کنند . به دلیل عمل کرد گذشته خود و می دانند که چه حکمی در انتظار آنها است ، به این دلیل است می خواهند از دست قانون فرار کنند . خانم توئیا براکس عزیز شما به عنوان یک حقوقدان برجسته که مسئولیت حفاظت و اجرا قانون را بر عهده دارید . متاسقانه از یک فرقه بنیادگرا تروریستی این بار حمایت کردید . در حالی که می باست ازافرادی که ازآنها اسیب های جدی دیده اند حمایت کنید بخصوص از اعضای جدا شده . یا از خانواده های که مدت 50 روز است ، در پشت درب قرارگاه اشرف (کمپ عراق جدید ) برای ملاقا ت با فرزند ان خود که سالیان است ندیده اند رفته اند . اما این فرقه حاضر نیست یک ساعت ملاقا ت به این خانواده ها بدهد .

Respectfully, I would like to notify your majesty about the meeting which occurred between you and MRs. Maryam Rajavi on 11th of March, 2010, she is the leader of a fundamentalist and terrorist cult, PMOI, which stands for People’s Mojahedin Organization Of Iran, which had been listed as a terrorist organization till 2009 in European union and they have listed so far as terrorist organization in United States and Canada. Their financial resources which were all fraud have been blocked in France and England. In 17th of June 2003 while maryam rajavi got arrested , a number of cult’s members set themselves on fire in public which was a premeditated plan to protest against her apprehesion. According to the cult’s publication 16 people in 3 days set themselves on fire in cities like Paris , Rome, Bern, Ottawa, Greece , Nicosia. That human tragedy ended by the death of two women , Sedigheh Mojaveri and Neda Hassani.
During 20 years which the cult’s garrions and military bases were in Iraq , they eliminated physically their opponents and dissidents in those garrisons, and the eyewitnesses of those horrible and vicious crimes against humanity are at hand and willing to testify their observations in any court of law which audit the crimes of this terrorist cult.
During 22 years of terrorist activities inside Iran , they have done more than 1000 military operation which almost 15000 innocent people lost their lives .More than 50 percent of those terrorist missions were saddam’s request, for that reason Iranian people hate this terrorist organization and they do not have any popularity among Iranian people. It is good to remind you that this cult for its participation in suppression of Iraqi Kurds in north and suppression of Shias in south of Iraq in 1991 have been hated by Iraqi people as well and currently they can live in Iraq just under direct protection of US Army in there. Their staying in Iraq will come to an end by US Army pullout from Iraq.( The documents regarding to the meetings between Massoud Rajavi and saddam Hussein and meeting between Massoud Rajavi and general Taher Habosh (Saddam’s Army joint staff commander) mentioned above are in YuTuBe.)
At the present time , as you observe their deeds in Europe and United States which are propagandizing in favor of the breach of human rights , but these deeds are utilized by them to cover up those crimes which occurred by them in both countries , Iran and Iraq , and actually they are trying their best to escape from going on trial for the crimes they have done in the past.
Dear MRS. Tuija Kaarina BRAX,
You as a prominent and distinguished jurist and lawyer who have the responsibility of protection and implementation of rules of law in your country , but unfortunately you have backed a terrorist and fundamentalist cult , pmoi whereas you should give your support to those victims of this cult who have been separated from them or back the families of those stranded and stuck members of this cult who have been waiting to see their loved ones behind the closed gates of this prison for a long period of time, almost 50 days.
I as a person who had been in this cult for twenty eight years and I succeeded to escape from that prison , Ashraf, after the downfall of Saddam Hussein and took refuge in American Army camp expecting you to back and support the victims of this inhumane cult and do not allow the leaders of this cult to take advantage of your prominent name and position and your credibility towards their cultish interests.
